Terms of Use

Hit That Gong · Eldest AI LLC · Effective July 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of Hit That Gong, an app by Eldest AI LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app you agree to them. The short version: strike responsibly, purchases are final through Apple, and the gong is for joy, not for warranty claims.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app, its artwork, sounds, names, and design are the property of Eldest AI LLC.

Purchases

Optional one-time purchases (finishes, effect packs, sound packs, sets, and bundles) are processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases unlock digital content within the app, are tied to your Apple account, and can be restored on your devices via "Restore Purchases." Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Fair use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app; don't use it to violate any law. The worldwide counter is a communal, approximate tally — attempting to falsify it spoils the fun for everyone and may result in your counts being discarded.

Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, change, or discontinue features (including online features like the worldwide counter) at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app content in the twelve months before a claim.

Health note

The app uses flashing lights, rapid color effects, and strong haptics — especially at high charge levels. If you are sensitive to flashing imagery, reduce effects via your device's accessibility settings (the app honors Reduce Motion) or discontinue use.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
