Gong collects nothing. That is the entire spirit of this policy, and everything below is only the detail.

Information we collect

None. Gong has no account, no sign-in, and no server of our own. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, and no tracking of any kind.

Information stored on your device

Two small values are stored locally on your device only, and never leave it:

• Your resonance count — the number of times you have struck the gong.
• Whether you own the Gong Élite upgrade, cached so the gold finish appears instantly on launch.

Both are held in the app's local settings and are removed if you delete the app.

Purchases

The Gong app and the Gong Élite upgrade are sold through Apple. Payment is processed entirely by Apple via the App Store and StoreKit; we never see or store your payment information. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Accounts & account deletion

Gong does not offer or require an account, so there is no account to create or delete, and no personal data held by us to remove. Deleting the app removes the two locally-stored values described above.

Children

Gong is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because it collects no data, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date.
